Should you choose to shop with us, we ask for your understanding of this process and realise that ‘new and sealed’ doesn’t mean ‘straight off the production line’. We store our merchandise in a temperature controlled warehouse and always handle and package them with great care to ensure you receive them in as good condition as possible. We are an online business so our records aren’t getting flicked through and/or tossed around daily. This is normal and part of the process and are generally considered ‘superficial transit wear’. This does mean that, from time to time, albeit very rarely, some records (particularly the covers) will have slight deficiencies such as small creases, split seams, corner scuffs etc. The manufacturer, the distributor, customs, our warehouse and then out to you. It is really important to keep in mind that, although the records are new and sealed they sometimes have 3 or 4 ports of call before they make it to us and then you. We work with over 15 distributors worldwide and this is exactly how we manage to get such awesome titles at awesome prices and usually ahead of schedule! Their final album clearly shows the group fragmenting into solo directions. All of our products are brand new and sealed direct from the distributors warehouse. The group, who held almost infinite promise, rearranged their lineup several times, Young leaving the group for periods and Palmer fighting deportation, until disbanding in 1968. The group was blessed with three idiosyncratic, talented songwriters in Stills, Young, and Furay (the last of whom didn’t begin writing until the second LP) yet they also had strong and often conflicting egos, particularly Stills and Young.

Again, their second album found the group expanding their folk-rock base into tough hard rock and psychedelic orchestration, resulting in their best record. Their debut, Buffalo Springfield, including their sole big hit (Stills’ “For What It’s Worth”), established them as the best folk-rock band in the land barring the Byrds, though Springfield was a bit more folk and country oriented. Buffalo Springfield wasn’t together long - they were an active outfit for just over two years, between 19 –but every one of their three albums was noteworthy.
