Finally, I replaced the "allprofiles" folder and the "settings.xml" file in this new folder with the ones from my old unable-to-update folder, copied neroaac from the old "tools" folder to the new "tools" folder, and it seems to work fine (other than the "package disabled" issues). It went through the same updating process as the older version on my old laptop, updating the same five things (AviSynth plugins, AviSynth portable, data, mediainfo, and MeGUI) but also leaving me with the same items (DGIndexNV, FFmpeg, L-SMASH Works, mkvmerge, MP4Box, Opus, QAAC, tsMuxeR, x264, x264 10bit, and x265) with newer Server Versions yet not updated and with "package disabled". I downloaded the newest version of MeGUI at (2418 core, not sure about data, 0.3.5 libs), extracted it to a folder then extracted the core you linked.

Operating System: Windows 7 Premium Edition 圆4 SP1 (6.7601) I've re-installed Windows 7 once and that didn't fix anything. Other times it ask me to enter Debug mode. It gives me Runtime Errors, sometimes it doesn't give any errors. Not sure where to post this, but ever since I installed the AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core processor, I've had problems with MeGUI crashing.
